Over the years, I've realized that diet, exercise, maintaining stress, and keeping an overall positive outlook on life are keys to happiness.
While I've never struggled too much with weight, there was one 8 month period of my life where I didn't make as much time to exercise, wasn't eating very healthy, and was completely stressed out with school and my living situation. As a result, I gained 20 lbs. This was not normal for me and I didn't even feel like myself. I wasn't happy and didn't "feel" good day to day.
Once I moved out, I made a pact to myself that I would get back into shape in a healthy way and would never let myself get to that place again. I completely changed the way I eat and became more conscious about what I put into my body. I started exercising again and was starting to feel much better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I knew I was on the recovery!
I want to help those out there who are struggling like I did, those who wish to make healthy changes to their lives, those who are on the recovery, and those looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Each of the tabs include workouts, healthy recipes, and overall life advice. I hope that I can help change the lives of those who find and read my blog!
