I love fitness but I hate how my legs and arms are bigger. I feel like some of this is due to the fact that I work out a lot. How can i keep fit without being too muscular? (I'm naturally bigger boned)
ReplyDeleteI completely understand your frustration about becoming too big or too muscular. This is where diet comes into play. Eating tons of fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and proteins, etc will help keep your muscle tone and a trim figure at the same time. There are also certain exercises that tend to bulk up girls' bodies. I will be posting different lengthening exercises you can do later on this week and well as what not to do. With a good combination of eating right and working out, you'll see results within a couple months. Everyone's body is different, but everyone can have the best body for their own body. Stay tuned and I'll share with you some of my secrets that have saved me. I'm going to post soon about stretching as well because it is one of the most important things you can do for your body physically and mentally. It also aids in weight loss
DeleteIs there any way to control where added weight goes? For example I need to lose weight in my stomach but need some more on my thighs.
ReplyDeleteWhile not everyone gains weight in the same areas, there are exercises you can do in order to target specific areas. Diet, again, will also help with this. I am someone who has to constantly work hard to keep my legs trim and toned because my legs are pretty athletic, but it can be done and diet for me, has played a huge role in changing my body.
